Your account
You’re responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity on your account. One account is for one person, please don’t share logins. You must be old enough to consent to these terms under Nepali law.
Subscriptions & refunds
The Free plan is free forever. Paid plans (Plus, Institute) renew on the cycle you choose and can be cancelled anytime; cancellation stops the next renewal and you keep access until the period ends. Contact us within 7 days of a charge if something went wrong and we’ll make it right.
Acceptable use
Don’t scrape, resell, or redistribute our question library, and don’t try to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the service. Coaching centres: use the Institute plan rather than sharing a single account.
Content & accuracy
We work hard to keep questions and explanations accurate, but Pragati is a study aid, not an official source. Always verify against the relevant authority (e.g. Lok Sewa Aayog) for exam-critical details. Spotted an error? Use the in-app “Report question” button.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. We’ll post the new version here and update the date above. Continued use means you accept the changes.
