Is Pragati really free?
Yes. The Free plan is free forever, it includes the Daily Reels feed, daily spaced-repetition review, one mock exam per day and bilingual (English + नेपाली) content. No credit card is required to start.
What does Premium include?
Everything. Unlimited mock exams across every category, unlimited AI explanations, all past-papers archives, AI question generation (PragatiAI Studio), the Custom Quiz Builder, AI hints and flashcards, Exam Readiness Score, priority support — for one year, one-time payment.
What if I only want to prepare for one exam (like Loksewa)?
We ship category-specific Packs inside the app (Loksewa Rs 999, Banking Rs 799, Teaching Rs 799, Computer Operator Rs 599 — one year each). When you browse a Loksewa mock or complete a Loksewa quiz on Free, we'll show you the matching Pack right there. Cheaper than Premium if you're focused on one exam vertical.
Are these subscriptions or one-time payments?
One-time. You pay once, get full access for the period you chose, nothing auto-renews. When the period ends you can simply buy again if you want to continue.
Can I just unlock one specific mock exam?
Yes. On any mock exam detail page, Free users can tap "Unlock this mock · NPR 30" to pay per-mock via QR + WhatsApp confirmation. Great if you want to try a specific past paper without committing to Premium or a Pack.
What can I do on the Free plan?
Plenty. Free is forever and includes the full daily habit: unlimited daily reels, practice quizzes and spaced-repetition reviews, leaderboards and streaks, all bilingual. You also get a daily taste: 1 mock exam and 3 AI explanations every day.
How can I pay in Nepal?
Scan the merchant QR from your bank or wallet app (eSewa, Khalti, FonePay-federated banks), confirm on WhatsApp, and we activate your access within a few hours. All prices are in Nepali Rupees (NPR).
Do you offer refunds?
7-day refund window — if your Pack or All-Access is not for you, email contact@getpragati.com within 7 days of your purchase and we will make it right.
Do you offer plans for coaching centres?
Yes, coaching centres can sponsor Packs or All-Access for their students at a discounted bulk rate. Email contact@getpragati.com with the number of students and we will put a custom proposal together.
